HR Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated HR Manager to join The WOW Adventure Ltd team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to contribute to the growth and development of our web design, Southampton SEO and IT solutions organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive human resources services, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations and policy enforcement. They will have excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as a good understanding of employment law and best practices. The ideal candidate will be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional attitude at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Implement policies, procedures and programs related to human resources management,
• Oversee recruitment processes ensuring that positions are filled by qualified candidates in a timely manner,
• Administer payroll systems in compliance with relevant regulations,
• Maintain accurate personnel records,
• Provide guidance and counselling on employee performance issues,
• Handle disciplinary matters and grievances according to established procedures,
• Ensure compliance with legislation relating to employee health & safety/industrial relations practices.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of, or willingness to learn and accept responsibility, for current UK labour laws,
• Proven track record of successful staff management initiatives,
• Excellent interpersonal skills,
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously,
• Familiarity with payroll systems is an asset.
