Are you an experienced and dynamic Area Sales Manager looking for a new challenge? The WOW Adventure Ltd is looking for a talented and driven individual to join our team across all areas of Australia, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa, the United States of America and the UK.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, managing and growing sales within their assigned territory. You must have a proven track record of success in sales management with excellent knowledge of the industry and marketplace dynamics.
Responsibilities:
– Develop strategies to increase market share and maximize revenues from current customers,
– Monitor customer behaviour trends to identify areas of improvement,
– Evaluate competitor activity to determine appropriate pricing strategies,
– Work with the marketing department on promotional campaigns and initiatives,
– Develop relationships with key customers in order to retain business relationships,
– Train, motivate, mentor, evaluate and support subordinate sales staff.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field experience preferred,
– 3+ years’ experience in sales management roles,
– Proven track record of success in increasing market share within your assigned region,
– Strong negotiating skills with the ability to build relationships quickly,
– Excellent communication skills.
